Comp-Ratio

Your salary vs. the midpoint of your pay band.

Definition

Comp-ratio compares an individual's base salary to the midpoint of their salary band. A comp-ratio below 1.0 suggests room to negotiate; above 1.1 indicates strong relative pay.
