About
Built for professionals who refuse to guess what they're worth.
SalaryScopePro is an independent salary reference for the United States, built on published BLS wage data.
Our mission
Salary information has historically been fragmented, biased, or buried behind paywalls. We believe every worker — whether you're a registered nurse in Cleveland, a freelance designer in Montreal, or a senior engineer in San Francisco — deserves transparent, well-modeled access to what comparable roles really earn.
What we do
SalaryScopePro combines publicly available labor data with cost-of-living, tax, and housing indices to publish city-by-city salary data for US metro areas and 58 occupations, taken from the BLS wage release. Every calculator is free, every methodology is documented, and every page is built to be useful whether you're benchmarking, negotiating, or relocating.
How we stay independent
We're ad-supported and offer optional Premium Reports for users who want deeper analysis. We do not sell user data, and we do not let advertisers influence the salary numbers we publish.

Who publishes this site
SalaryScopePro is published by Relationale LLC and edited by Keiron Brown, Psy.D., its founder. His doctorate is in psychology, not economics or human resources: he is not a recruiter, compensation consultant, financial adviser, accountant, or attorney, and nothing here is career, financial, legal, or tax advice. Every figure is derived from the published datasets listed on our methodology page.
