A plain-English explanation of how SalaryScopePro personalizes your experience without selling your data or training a generative model on it.

What we collect

  • Inputs you submit to the AI Career Strategist, calculators, and dashboards (occupation, location, experience, salary, goals)
  • Items you save (occupations, cities, reports)
  • Your alert preferences and chosen membership tier
  • Email address — only if you opt in to a Premium Report or alerts waitlist

Where it lives

Today, every dashboard, goal, saved item, and Strategist input is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers unless you explicitly submit a form (e.g. Premium waitlist). When authenticated accounts launch, the same data will sync to your account — never sold or shared.

How our "AI" works

The AI Career Strategist is a deterministic intelligence engine — a layered scoring model that combines our salary, occupation, workforce, and wealth benchmarks. It does not call a generative chatbot, does not hallucinate, and produces the same output for the same inputs. See methodology and editorial standards.
