Forecasts are derived from BLS-style growth labels mapped to compound annual employment and salary growth rates, anchored to the most recent OEWS / Job Bank release.

The model produces 1-, 3-, 5-, and 10-year horizons. We deliberately avoid black-box predictions: every horizon is reproducible from the published growth rate and current median salary.
