p10, p50 (Median), p90

Percentile distribution markers for a salary range.

Definition

p10 is the 10th-percentile salary (lower bound), p50 (or median) is the midpoint, and p90 is the 90th-percentile ceiling. Together they describe the realistic range of pay for a role.
